Quench Separation

Biocide injection implementation

PAG heat separation equipment at customer site.
Bogh Industies have been involved with PAG (Poly Alkylene Glycol) separation since the first RO system was implemented for this purpose in 1990. We have later developed the inline heat separation system and several less complicated and easier to maintain systems is now employed throughout the aluminum heat treat industry.
PAG is reclaimed from rinse water and reduces the cost of product, in addition to reducing the amount of waste from the facility. When PAG is dragged to the rinse tank the concentration in the tank goes up and PAG is lost from the quench tank. The RO and heat separation systems reclaim this PAG and it can then be used in the process again.
Bogh Industries designs, builds, implements, and maintains PAG systems.
